Kevin “Kwasi” Williams is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of “The Afriam Network”, a global positioning, and branding firm.
Kevin “Kwasi” Williams is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of “The Afriam Network”, a global positioning, and branding firm that helps businesses; consultants and individuals gain access to small, medium, and large corporations from the Diaspora and Africa. The goal of “The Afriam Network” is to connect entrepreneurs from the Diaspora and Africa to help them achieve their perspective freedom and financial goals through Business Process Outsourcing while utilizing “The Afriam Network” Proprietary Contact Center Technology.
Born in Harlem New York, and grounded in Ghana since 2016, Mr. Williams is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive financial services experience which includes strategic and tactical planning, new business implementation / development, the management of multilocation facilities (near and offshore), software system integration, controlled quality processes, manpower development, financial planning, and data analysis reporting (MIS). As an innovative leader able to manage activities across all functional lines, Mr. Williams has overseen Risk and Recovery Operations, Legal Processes, Quality Assurance, Auditing/Compliance, Collection Agency Management Networks, and Asset Sales for Banks, Utility, Telco Companies, and Private Lenders. While employed for First Data Corporation, Mr. Williams managed Call Center Operations servicing Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of New York, PNC Bank, Bank of Boston, and other Fortune 500 Financial Services Companies. For the past fifteen years, Mr. Williams has served an an executive with a privately held sub-prime lender in the Southeastern region of the United States.
He is currently responsible for all Contact Center Operations which include Lead generation, Loan Servicing, Customer Service, In-house Collections, 3rd Party Collections, Debt Sales and BPO. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the FINTECH industry, Mr. Williams has now made his resources and experience available to all, through his company, “The Afriam Network”. Mr. Williams’ founded and incorporated “The Afriam Network” in Ghana, West Africa in late 2020. Presently, “The Afriam Network” operates as a Global Contact Center that performs technical training for Ghanaians to become employed as Contact Center agents for global companies outsourcing their services.
In addition, Mr. Williams has been able to implement and install “The Afriam Network” local infrastructure, secure and implement the company’s proprietary technology in Ghana for the sole purpose making Ghana, West Africa the new hub for International Call Center Operations (BPO). Kevin Williams is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and currently serves as the president of the local chapter in Ghana.
